  To request a cremation service, please print and fill out the required forms, and call us to make an appointment for a Family Conference. Please note: We place free single line death notices in the local papers. Additionally, we will be happy to include a free full obituary and photo on our website. Our site obituaries include a condolence area and are available for 1 year before they archive. You are welcome to contact the newspaper directly to place a paid obituary. Our fee for placing the full obituary in the Orlando Sentinel and other publications for you is $38.50 per publication.

  Medical Examiner's release forms may be required in addition to the normal county packet.

  Explanation of the required services that may increase your costs:  
 

Pacemaker removal: Required because of its contents. These types of medical implants are dangerous when exposed to extreme heat.

Refrigeration: The State requires either embalming or refrigeration. The normal period of refrigeration is covered in your purchase price, however additional charges are incurred after 10 days.

Your contract with us is based on today's rates for services selected. And, since your services are pre-paid at the time of the contract signing, your final arrangements, as you specify, are paid in full. It can never go up. You choose the service package, the urn or casket style and specify what you want for your memorial service. Many people have a difficult time being practical while dealing with a loss and making those arrangements. Let your family deal with their loss without being concerned with trying to decide what you would want.
