A memorial service will be held for Betty Allen who went home to be with the Lord on April 15, 2009. The service will be held at the Aloma Baptist Church on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at 1:00 pm with Revs Marshall Collins and Steve Parker officiating. Betty was a member of the Aloma Baptist Church and enjoyed golfing. Born in Fairfax County, Virginia, Betty moved to Central Florida in 1999. Betty is survived by Patrick, her husband of 25 years, her children Tony Hazelwood of Orlando, FL. and Brenda Stuber of Annapolis, MD; her Stepchildren Jerry Allen of Jacksonville, FL, Joy Hoffer of Goose Creek SC and Brian Allen of Summerville SC and 17 Grandchildren. Bradshaw, Delmer Ray
Delmer Ray Bradshaw was born on February 23, 1928 in Wapanucka, Oklahoma in Johnston County, the son of Filmore and Maudie Bradshaw. He married Betty Faye Thomas on September 9, 1950 in Altus, Oklahoma. Delmer was one of Jehova's Witnesses for over 70 years, baptized on October 10, 1939 in the Blue River near Milborn, Oklahoma. He was a servant and then an Elder in the Denton Congregation for over 30 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandson, Donnie Ray Hard.
Surviving Delmer is his wife, Betty Faye Thomas Bradshaw; three daughters, Linda LaRae Renfro and her husband, Fred, of Flower Mound, TX, Kathy Lea Hard and her husband, Donnie Frank, of Orange City, FL, and LaNita Faye Willeford of Debary, FL; one son, Delwin Royd Bradshaw and his wife Connie, of Aubrey, TX; seven grandchildren, Mace Justin Renfro, Katrina Renee Hard-Barnett, Brett Austin Renfro, Jeremy Lee Hard, Kari Lynn Eppley, Holly Michelle Bradshaw and Jill Nicole Bradshaw; and nine great grandchildren, Sevannah Nicole Taylor, Victoria Layc Olsen, Mersadies Renee Hard, Sydney Paige Renfro, Ben Austin Renfro, Olivia Grace Renfro, Ivan Rivera, Jacob Kenneth Eppley, Kaleb Joel Eppley.

After Delmer and Betty were married they soon moved to Oklahoma City, OK and started their family. Delmer drove a semi-truck for W&W Steel Co, for ten years. He then moved his family back to Altus, OK and became an electrical lineman, and then when an opportunity in this field became available he and his family moved to Denton, TX where he resided until retirement. He and Betty then moved to Debary, FL for health reasons.
Delmer loved to travel, he and Betty had some wonderful trips to Hawaii, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, England, Poland, Brazil, Alaska and two cruises. He loved to go camping with his family and friends; he enjoyed motorcycle riding both dirt biking and road trips. One of his favorite pasttimes spent with family and friends always included cards and/or dominoes. Delmer was always a busy, happy person, full of life and energy.
He dedicated his life to do Jehovah's will and served him faithfully. Asleep in death, he now awaits fulfillment of the Bible prophecy.
"and He will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will be mourning nor outcry, nor pain be any more, the former things have passed away" Revelations 21:4

Eller, John Bruce
John Bruce Eller passed away on May 2, 2009 two days before his Eightieth birthday. He passed from a 6 year battle with Lymphoma. He was born in North Wilksboro, NC on May 5, 1929 to the late Thomas U. Eller and Margret N. Hayes. At the age of 14 he played bass guitar in many bands in NC and FL. His greated love was playing country music. He played with bands like Doc Watson and George Hamilton IV. In his later years he sang in a church trio. He also had many jobs including tile mechanic, long haul truck driver, car sales in Orlando and several years with Lynx Transportation. He is survived by his son Lt. Col. Barry A. Eller, Manassas, VA and wife Sharon Dempsey Eller, Daughter Judith Eller Jaeb, Lake Mary, FL and husband David. Sisters Hazel Eller Davis, Mildred Icenhour, 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was preceeded in death by his parents and 5 siblings. Family graveside services will be at the National Veterans Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
