William James Hopkins, 85, of Orange City, FL., passed away on Friday, January 22, 2021. William was born on April 5, 1935 in Ludington, MI. to Ira and Sarah (Cobb) Hopkins. He worked as a Chef in the restaurant industry. He is survived by his son, Shaun Hopkins of Orange City.
